It is with great excitement that we announce today that TopWorx has been acquired by Emerson (www.emerson.com).
TopWorx will become part of Emerson Process Management, joining well-known companies and brands such as DeltaV, Fisher, Fieldvue, Rosemount, Micro Motion, Bettis, El-O-Matic, Hytork, Shafer, and others. The TopWorx name and Valvetop® and GO® Switch brands will continue to be promoted and developed.
Charlie Marcum will remain as president of TopWorx and will report to Terry Buzbee, president of Emerson’s Fisher and Valve Automation divisions. The rest of the TopWorx worldwide sales and operations structure and personnel will remain as before.
TopWorx products will continue to be sold by our current TopWorx distributors. Emerson Valve Automation distributors and Emerson Process Management local business partners will be added to our sales channel as appropriate. We expect the added channel breadth to significantly improve our ability to serve customers around the world.
